Ron Culp

Ron grew up in northwest Illinois. He studied Engineering at the University of New Mexico and received his undergraduate degree in ministry from Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri. He has a Master’s Degree in Church Growth and Church Dynamics from Hope University in Fullerton, California.

He has been in the ministry for sixty years, serving churches in Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, California, Iowa and New Mexico. He has also served as a hospital and hospice chaplain in New Mexico, Oklahoma, California and North Carolina. Ron has held revivals in many states, as well as Barbados and Guyana. He and his wife, Pegge currently live in Whitsett, NC, just outside of Burlington. Ron has held several interim ministries in North Carolina and Virginia, serving as supply preacher and consultant to churches. This is his second interim ministry with the Central Church family.

Ron loves to preach and his sermons are fresh, biblical, and insightful for the 21st century listener. He is looking forward to serving Central Christian Church as the search proceeds for a new minister.
